David Kennedy limits his practice to immigration and nationality law. Mr. Kennedy graduated from the University of the South with a bachelor of arts degree in music theory and Latin American history, and from the University of Georgia School of Law.
After graduating from law school Mr. Kennedy attended law classes at the Instituta Tecnologica Autonoma de Mexico in Mexico City. Upon returning to the United States, Mr. Kennedy worked in Hall County, Georgia, as a prosecutor and then entered private practice where he represented clients in the areas of criminal defense, family law and immigration in state and federal courts. He chose to limit his practice to immigration in order to better serve his immigration clients.

If you care to listen, please call the office for an up-to-date radio schedule.
In his spare time, of which he laments he has precious little, Mr. Kennedy is an avid musician and plays banjo, dobro, guitar, lap/pedal steel guitar, and bass guitar with various musical groups, and also composes and arranges music. His playing, compositions, and arrangements can be heard in various professional recordings as well as in various television and radio commercials.
