Jameson Campbell
Attorney Jameson Campbell
A significant part of Attorney Jameson Campbell’s practice focuses on representing clients who desperately need help with issues in their family life. He counsels and litigates for those with cases involving the following matters: Divorce and Child Custody, Modification of Divorce Decrees, Modifications of Custody Agreements, Modifications of Child Support, Juvenile Deprivation and Termination Actions, Alimony, Contempt Actions, Legitimations and Paternity Actions, Temporary Protective Orders and Domestic Violence Actions, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, Third Party Custody and Visitation, Grandparent Visitation, and Adoptions.
Jameson also concentrates his practice on representing businesses in a wide variety of matters, including business planning, debt collection, the drafting of contracts, and prosecuting and defending complex fraud and breach of contract cases. His aggressive style is well-suited for those entities and individuals looking to protect and enforce their business interests and rights.
In addition, throughout the years, Jameson has represented clients who have suffered permanent and catastrophic injuries. Those hurt in automobile accidents or who have suffered serious injuries at their workplace are often victimized again by insurance companies who refuse to offer fair compensation. Jameson takes the offensive against these insurance companies and forces them to give up the monetary compensation and benefits that each client deserves.
Jameson represents clients all over the State of Georgia, particularly in the counties of Hall, Gwinnett, Fulton, Jefferson and Forsyth. He is licensed to practice law in all Georgia State and Superior courts, in the U.S. District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and in the Georgia Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Gainesville-Northeastern Circuit Bar Association.
Jameson received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia School Of Law. Additionally, having lived abroad for over two years, he is fluent in Spanish.
